Gray’s Anatomy is founded on the principle that fitness is for everyone. Whether you are a youth athlete, a busy mom, rehabbing an old injury, or an elderly member of the community we can personalize your exercise routine to help you improve your everyday life. We believe in educating our clients on how they can maximize their performance through our results-driven training methods. Train to prepare for real life!

We have two locations, one in Needham, Massachusetts and one in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

About Your TrainerS:

Zack Gray



He is the owner and founder of Gray’s Anatomy located in Needham, Ma. He is an ACE certified personal trainer with seven years of experience, specializing in taking a functional approach to fitness to help people of all ages form a positive relationship with exercise.


He has experience in optimizing performance, working with youth athletes, reducing risk for injury, helping recover from injury, losing weight, and postpartum fitness.

Additional Certifications: Kettlebell Level I,  Certified Functional Strength Coach, Precision Nutrition, Pre and Post Natal, CPR & AED, Pain Free Performance Certificate

Bella Roy

Bella is a NASM certified personal trainer. Bella developed her passion for fitness through CrossFit where she became a coach. She has since joined Gray’s Anatomy in addition to continuing to coach at Crossfit. She has her Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness with a concentration in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State.


Her goal is to help her clients improve every day. Whether that be performance-based, strength, muscular endurance, muscle definition, or flexibility. She is an assistant to our youth program, provides 1 on 1 training, and has now taken on a full time role with us as we continue to expand.



Additional Certifications: CPR & AED, Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Victor Oks


Victor has completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Sciences at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA.


With this background knowledge, he uses an evidence-based approach to assisting people in developing an exercise program tailored to their individual goals and needs.


He is also currently an assistant coach for the youth athlete program here at Gray’s Anatomy.

Luke Noyes


Luke is a NSCA certified personal trainer completing his undergraduate degree at Fitchburg State University in exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. He love all sports and plays college football for FSU.


He strives to help his clients reach their athletic and personal fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. Luke specializes in sports performance, mobility, injury prevention, and strength/power development. 


Certifications: CPR certified, NSCA CPT, kettlebell fundamentals certified trainer, NSPA speed and agility coach.
